Yunhe Invited to Participate in Hangzhou Rural Revitalization Forum
On June 25, Hangzhou Yunhe Technology Company was invited to participate in the Hangzhou Rural Revitalization Forum, where Yunhe Founder and CEO Yuan Bingqiang delivered a keynote speech titled “Artificial Intelligence and Innovation in Digital Agriculture.” Yuan’s presentation covered four key aspects: the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in digital agriculture, the current state of digital agriculture globally, case studies of AI applications in digital agriculture, and the future outlook of AI in agriculture.
Yuan emphasized that whether it is precision agriculture, smart agriculture, digital agriculture, or intelligent agriculture, the core essence remains the same. It involves building intelligent models that utilize IoT devices to collect data on the environment, crops, and inputs. This data is then analyzed, mined, and predicted through AI to provide decision-making support for stakeholders. He pointed out that while China’s digital agriculture is still in its infancy compared to countries like the United States, Germany, and Israel, it is poised for explosive growth due to the dual benefits of rural revitalization initiatives and the advent of 5G communication. He predicted significant advancements in areas such as big data intelligence, cross-media intelligence, hybrid augmented intelligence, and collective intelligence, particularly in crop management, pest and disease diagnosis, intelligent agricultural machinery, and agricultural product safety supervision.
The forum, themed “Empowering Agriculture with Technology, Serving Rural Revitalization,” gathered distinguished academicians, experts, agricultural technology enterprises, and agricultural technology associations that have made significant contributions to rural revitalization. The event focused on the pivotal role of modern agricultural technology in driving rural revitalization, as well as the challenges encountered along the way. Activities included keynote speeches, panel discussions, and roundtable interviews with guests. The forum aimed to explore new models for promoting modern agriculture and emerging industries through technological demonstrations and science education services. It also sought to foster deeper exchanges between technology experts and agricultural enterprises, advancing the integration of industry, academia, and research in rural revitalization while creating a vibrant environment where technology fuels the development of rural revitalization.
